2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation before your order is shipped.

Cancellation is not possible if:

  • The order has already been dispatched.
  • The package is in transit.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in genuine cases such as:

If the error is on our part, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
Otherwise, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.
